React & Next Js Developer

Job Description

As a React & Next.js Developer, you will own the front-end stack—building responsive, type-safe, and optimized webexperiences from the ground up. You’ll collaborate with UI/UX teams, backend engineers, and product stakeholders inan agile environment to deliver production-ready features at startup speed.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop reusable and accessible UI components using React (18+) and Next.js (App Router)

Implement SSR, SSG, and ISR for enhanced performance and SEO

Build dynamic dashboards, forms, and real-time data-driven interfaces

Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive layouts (mobile-first)

Manage data fetching and caching using React Server Components and React Query

Write clean, scalable TypeScript code with best practices (ESLint/Prettier)

Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)

Contribute to front-end architecture and technical roadmap

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of hands-on experience with React and Next.js in production

Strong expertise in TypeScript, React Hooks, and Server Components

Experience with Next.js data fetching, caching, and streamingProficiency in Tailwind CSS or utility-first frameworks

Solid understanding of modern state management

Experience with Git, PR workflows, and code reviews

Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)Knowledge of web performance optimization and lazy loading

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with animations (Framer Motion / GSAP)Data visualization tools (Recharts, Chart.js, D3)

Exposure to compliance systems (audit logs, e-signatures, SOC 2)
