Key Responsibilities:
Drive business growth and achieve disbursement targets for Vehicle Finance (Used car/Used SLCV)
Lead, mentor, and manage regional teams across sales, credit, and collections Develop and execute state-level business strategies aligned with organizational goals
Strengthen channel partnerships for business expansionEnsure portfolio quality, risk management, and compliance adherence
Monitor branch performance, productivity, and profitabilityCoordinate with cross-functional teams (Credit, Risk, Ops, Collections)
Key Requirements:10–15 years of experience in Vehicle Finance / NBFC / BankingStrong exposure to Telangana market with deep local networkProven leadership and team management skillsStrong understanding of credit, risk, and collectionsAbility to drive business with a strategic and execution-focused approach
